Dr. Yuan is Executive Director of the Multi- Hazard Mitigation (MMC) and Building Seismic Safety Council (BSSC) at the National Institute of Building Sciences.  Dr. Yuan manages multidisciplinary teams, programs, and national committees, and develops new initiatives in emerging areas in building science. He advises on and develops guidelines, codes, standards, and applied research programs. 

Mr. Colker is Vice President of Innovation at the International Code Council and Executive Director of the Alliance for National & Community Resilience where he provides tools to help communities holistically assess and improve resilience. Prior to joining ICC, Colker served as a VP of NIBs.

Ms.Chapman-Henderson is President & CEO of Federal Alliance for Safe Homes and worked with FEMA to develop the new Inspect to Protect website to bring awareness and importance of building codes to homeowners.
