Please join the Region 2 National Preparedness Division for a webinar on Wildfire Preparedness: Creating Communities that are More Fire-Adaptive. Climate change has contributed to extreme weather events, including more frequent and intense wildfires in areas not normally been impacted by them including East Coast communities impacted by wildfire smoke last summer. Learn how you can work with your community and collaborate with agency and SLTT partners to improve your wildfire safety and your neighborhood’s resiliency. We will explore resources, tools, and strategies to help you prepare for wildfire and create and sustain a Fire-Adapted Community. This event will include Live Captioning.
