Please join FEMA Region 2 in partnership with and the National CERT Association (NCA) and California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) for a webinar about team building. Participants will learn effective communication skills (loosely based on the FEMA IS-242 Effective Communications Class) and some highly interesting and engaging teambuilding games and exercises. These activities can be used for meetings and refresher classes or just for fun. Excellent in helping develop efficient radio communications, improving problem-solving skills, and helping avoid conflict in a CERT environment. Who should attend: Local, State, Federal government, Community and Faith-based Organizations, Emergency Managers, CART, CERT Leads, Program Managers and volunteers.
