Please join FEMA Region 2 in partnership with and the National CERT Association (NCA) and California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) for a webinar about delivering training that is engaging & fun. Keeping CERT training fun and engaging requires a blend of creativity, enthusiasm, and strategic planning. This session will discuss utilizing interactive activities, multimedia resources, real-world examples, varied teaching methods, and encouraging collaboration. By implementing these strategies, CERT instructors can create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that inspires students to actively participate and enjoy the learning process. Who should attend: Local, State, Federal government, Community and Faith-based Organizations, Emergency Managers, CART, CERT Leads, Program Managers and volunteers.
