Join the Region 2 National Preparedness and Mitigation Divisions for an informative webinar featuring FEMA SMEs on the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) grant program. Our Mitigation Resilience specialists will discuss the FY24 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) grant program. The NOFO includes $750 million in funding for capacity building and infrastructure projects for natural hazard risk mitigation activities. The program aims to support communities as they build capability and capacity. BRIC also encourages and aids innovation. It helps partnerships grow; supports infrastructure projects; and fosters flexibility and consistency. Learn how to apply for and develop subapplications for BRIC. The webinar will review program eligibility, scoring criteria, and how to avoid requests for information for submitted projects. Who should attend: State, Local governments, tribal nations and territories interested in learning more about this NOFO. Make sure to test your Adobe Connect before the meeting.
