This training will provide attendees best practices of how to use Outlook to keep daily schedules, communicate, collaborate, and stay organized. Attendees will expand their understanding
on more advanced features including scheduling assistant, rule creation, out-of-office messages, delegation, signature and business card, delayed delivery, mail recall, and sharing and importing calendars.
  
The training format will be instructor-led webinar.  Students will be able to ask questions in the Q&A section.  

This training is open to all FEMA employees.  

Registration is handled through Adobe Connect Event Manager; However, the training will be provided using the Teams platform via 
a link sent in a calendar invite.  

Credit:  There is no credit, certificate, or confirmation of attendance provided upon completion of this optional training.
