FEMA’s National Integration Center will be hosting a 90 minute NQS informational webinar for state, territorial, tribal and local (SLTT) Training Officers, NIMS Coordinators and personnel supporting NQS in their jurisdictions on August 28, 2024. National Integration Center personnel will be joined by representatives from several state partners, as well as FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute.

The purpose of this webinar is to discuss qualification review board best practices from state partners. This webinar will specifically cover qualification review boards, including discussions from state partners about: Starting a qualification review board; documentation explaining qualification review board’s purpose; organizations you may want to consider for your qualification review board; and leveraging partnerships when starting a qualification review board. There will also be a question-and-answer period, with the state partners and FEMA personnel available to address questions from the audience. Registrants will also be able to submit questions during registration, which will be addressed during the webinar.
